One of the mainstays of the business world, relating back to the beginnings of the East India Company, corporations have been the most  sensible and thus most popular vehicle for establishing and operating a business. I have, therefore, developed strong capabilities in corporate practice, advising my clients on corporate law and corporate governance for many years. Once I have identified my clients' needs, I assist them with the development of proper corporate documents and procedures, including Memoranda and Articles of Association, protocols and resolutions, Shareholders Agreements, Voting Rights Agreements, Director Agreements, Employee Stock Option Plans and Agreements, and more. Where necessary, I will coordinate my efforts with tax and other consultants to achieve my clients' desired results. 

In addition to corporate structures, I have a broad expertise in creating other legal structures that serve my clients’ needs while giving particular attention to intercompany relationships and tax considerations.  These structures include, among others, representative offices, limited liability companies, off-shore companies, limited partnerships, foundations and trusts.  I have experience in such structuring in nearly every country of the world, and I am capable of providing a global solution to my clients’ needs.
